A pair of Chinese biscuit famille verte Buddhist lions.
Each is seated on a stand with its mouth open and eyes fixed into sockets. The male rests a brocaded ball beneath his paw and the female plays with a cub.
A charming pair in excellent condition. Circa 1920.
