A good naive oil painting of a prize pig on an oak panel. Framed in the original bird’s eye maple frame.
In good condition with no losses.
A label verso which reads:

“The Knodishall Estate, Suffolk.”

So we can assume that this prize pig painting was part of the estate of John Ayton and appears to be late Georgian period. Circa 1780-1800
