A fairly large 19th Century painting of a ships at sunset.

Signed by the 19th Century artist Williams Rogers who specialised in maritime scenes and was a fairly prolific artist in the 2nd half of the 19th Century.

This particular painting has a lovely overall sunset scene with a calm atmosphere.

The painting has the beautiful gilt gold original frame that sets off the painting rather well.

Signed at the bottom right hand corner.

The canvas without frame measures 50cm X 75cm. and framed 74cm X 100cm.
