Kuba Cloths, Set of Four from DRC

A set of 4 good Kuba cloths from the Democratic Republic of Congo.

Kuba cloths originated in the 17th century in the Kuba kingdom of Central Africa, in modern-day Democratic Republic of the Congo, formerly Zaire.

They are unique for their elaboration and complexity of design and surface decoration.
They are framed (pinned onto heavy white board) without glass in heavy contemporary black frames.

We can however sell them singly , either in or out of the frames.
