Continental Carved Giltwood Mirror

A fabulous large 19th century Continental mirror which we believe is probably Italian.

The frame is made completely from carved wood depicting fruiting vines and foliage.
Allover decorated in original gold and silver gilt.

The mirror plate is bevelled and in good condition. It is a very impressive piece and unique. A wonderful decorating piece.
