Brass Carriage Clock by Charles Frodsham & Co
his brass carriage clock known as the “Pompadour” by Charles Frodsham & Co has a white enamel dial with the chapters painted in Roman numerals.
The enamel dial is masked by a pierced fretwork design in lacquered brass. It has an 8-day movement which would have been hand-built by the Company’s craftsmen.
The clock has been stripped, cleaned and lightly lubricated and is running well, keeping very good time.
