Well painted with great detail and bright colours.
It is signed lower right, E. Hogarth.
There is little information available regarding the artist’s background. However, he/ she was a prolific painter of floral scenes and we have seen several over the years.
Housed in a gilded frame under glass.
Circa 1940.
