A large 19th Century Oil on canvas depicting a Spring countryside scene with trees and a lake with deer grazing.
It has a charming naive feel but beautifully painted and has an air of calm.
It is housed in the original gilt wood and gesso frame. All in very good condition commensurate with age and no losses or damage to canvas or frame. It is unsigned.
The canvas itself measures 60cm X 86cm. and framed 83cm X 109cm.
