Pair of Regency Giltwood Wall Sconces, ca 1820

A large and very beautiful William and Mary period mirror.

The bold cushion-moulded frame is very finely and profusely inlaid with various flora and birds with a later (19th Century) bevelled mirror plate.

It is the finest example that we have ever seen, in excellent condition with a wonderful patina. Circa 1680-1700
