A large oil on canvas by Stephan de Haan who was a Dutch artist born in 1914.
Featuring a winter scene with skaters and walkers, it is very finely painted with great detail.
The frame is gilt gesso and in good condition. There is some stretching to the canvas but not very visible when hung. Painted around 1930-40
