French Gilt Filigree Metal and Gemstone Church Lectern. 1884.
A very decorative French church lectern. It is heavily carved and set with gem stones and enamel motifs depicting religious scenes, bought in France and in original condition
It is all intact but there is some discolouring to the gilt overall. This does not detract from its overall beauty.
There is an inscription (see photos) and dated 1884
