Bronze by Victor Leopold Bruyneel

A late 19th Century Bronze bust by Victor Leopold Bruyneel (Born 1859) depicting a young woman who wears a bow around her neck and is wearing an elaborate low cut dress, adorned with flowers.

She is smiling and looking down with a coy expression.

The piece has a lovely patina and in very good original condition.

Mounted on a later wooden plinth, the piece is signed “V Bruyneel, Paris” and it also has a serial number. Circa 1890.
