Antique Walnut Jewellery Box

A lovely walnut 19th Century jewellery box. The lid, which is lined in quilted silk, opens to reveal a tray with compartments, some with silk lined lids.

There is a bevelled glass fronted flap which encloses two more silk lined drawers which have their original brass handles. The whole locks with a key.

It is a beautiful piece with a good patina and In very good condition. Circa 1880.
