This brass carriage clock known as the \u201cPompadour\u201d by Charles Frodsham & Co has a white enamel dial with the chapters painted in Roman numerals.<\/p>\n
The enamel dial is masked by a pierced fretwork design in lacquered brass. It has an 8-day movement which would have been hand-built by the Company’s craftsmen.<\/p>\n
All in good condition with no chips or cracks to the bevelled crystal glass side and top panels.<\/p>\n
It has subsequently been cleaned and keeps very good time. Original key present.<\/p>\n
