The piece

About this piece

Ornate 19th Century English brass and gilt cased carriage clock which has a French 8 day movement with white enamel dials bearing Arabic hours. The face and sides are inset with ornate fret carved arabesque gilded ornamentation. Surmounted by a carrying handle.
The 8 day movement works well and keeps good time. With brass key.
A beautiful clock in excellent condition.
