About this piece
A bronze intricately cast reliquary casket with panels decorated with scenes from Christianity. Very heavy, it is beautifully made and and stands on original ivory bun feet. The original padlock and key is present.
When I found it, there was a very ancient bone inside wrapped in calico which I left in place.
