About this piece

Nice quality, stamped 18ct gold, bar brooch with an oval cut amethyst measuring 16 x 9 x 7mm. The Amethyst is a beautiful colour and perfect.
The length of the bar itself measures 72mm.
A solid piece of good weight and a safety catch on the fastening.
Circa 1880-1900
